COURSE DESCRIPTION This comprehensive Wetland Delineation Training program provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to accurately identify and delineate wetlands in accordance with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 1987 Wetland Delineation Manual and Regional Supplements. Through a combination of engaging online instruction and hands-on field exercises, attendees will learn to recognize hydrophytic vegetation, describe hydric soils, document wetland hydrology indicators, and complete official USACE Wetland Determination Data Forms. Designed for environmental professionals, consultants, regulators, and students entering the field, this course equips participants with the essential tools and techniques required to conduct defensible wetland delineations and support regulatory compliance in real-world project settings.
